Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as point of escalation for frontline teams on card operations queries.
  • Investigation of card operations queries, identifying trends and recommending actions to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Supporting the delivery of card operations related change initiatives.
  • Review of card operations owned suspense accounts and resolve aging items where required.
  • Escalating card operations issues to the technology teams and card schemes where required.
  • Assist with Managing the Outsourced Service Provider in card personalization of all Credit, Debit and ATM cards.

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 1+ of experience in banking and/or finance services.
  • Any Diploma or Graduate Degree from a recognized University
  • Knowledge in Card Operations
  • Basic Knowledge in 3rd party / vendor management / outsourcing governance will be an added advantage
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and external stakeholders
  • Passionate about client experience.
  • Prepared to commit for the long term - We are developing the individual for the long term.
  • Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Good Communication skills
Added Advantage
  • Experience with a retail bank or card services provider.
  • Familiarity with card operations procedures.
