Specification Manager

We are seeking a confident, proactive, and motivated Specification Manager to join our energetic & growing team on an exciting journey of growth in Singapore.

Have you got the ability to connect with people and build trusting & collaborative relationships, feels energized through meetings with stakeholders and loves an exciting challenge of a new market, then we would love to meet you.

Key objectives of this role:

• Being a brand ambassador to increase awareness and brand recognition.

• Generate leads (new projects, new contacts).

• Pursue specifications with Architects and Consultants.

• Build strong & trusting relationships with stakeholders.

• Meeting key specifiers such as Architects, Designers & Consultants.

• Generating product specifications.

• Pursue new leads and discover new business opportunities.

• Identifying client needs and explain & demonstrate product benefits & applications.

• Lead and drive specification events such as trainings, workshops, sharing sessions for key specifiers and attend marketing events.

• Responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders.

• Fanatic networker, with existing relationships within Architects & Consultants is a benefit.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Confident presentation skills.

• Self-discipline

• Ability to travel around Singapore.

• Experience within building material industry, flooring or architecture is an advantage.

• Competency in Microsoft applications and basic understanding of CAD.

• Preferred bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in sales, marketing or related field with interest in architecture/ construction.
