Join us as we revolutionize kidney care and other vital organ support.*Completion of the proposed separation of Kidney Care from Baxter into a standalone company (to be named Vantive) remains subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions.JOB DESCRIPTION1.POSITION OBJECTIVEThe SPO (Sustaining Product Operations) Project Engineer is responsible for implementation of supply continuity projects.2.POSITION DUTIES

• Perform supply risk assessment for direct materials and map out action plans in alignment with category teams strategies.
• Collaborate with PCT team to build business case in order to secure resources from different functional teams to support the execution of project.
• Coordinate suppliers with manufacturing, Engineering, PDO, R&D, QA and RA et to ensure the projects execution readiness and delivery on target. Accountabilities include but not limited to

• Confirm suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 activities, timeline, resources, risk & opportunity etc
• Lead supplier interaction with internal SMEs (material, technology, quality, registration etc) to solve ad hoc problems and drive alignment mainly on quality spec and regulatory approach
• Report project progress and escalate project risk to SPO leadership team

3.SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSEssential Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• 5 years project management, planning and organisational skills with proactive and self-driven personality
• Must have experience in effective root cause problem solving
• Strong personal accountability for results and integrity, eagerness to learn and continuously improve. Uncompromising dedication to quality, relentless focus on rapid and disciplined action, and respect for the diverse contributions of all.
• Influencing, consultative and initiative capability
