Support Global Finance leadership with projects, initiatives and program administration. Position Responsibilities: . Administer Concur and AppZen programs globally. Advanced configuration of controls, system automation and troubleshooting/fixing system conflicts . Conduct reviews of employee expense claims, ensuring expenses comply to Illumina's policies and local tax authority requirements . Complete statutory reporting as needed, demonstrating knowledge of employee income tax laws and statutory requirements . Partner with the business as internal point-of-contact for 10,000+ employees across 30+ tax authorities share guidance and best practice by monitoring non-compliance and hosting training sessions . Corporate credit card account maintenance and reconciliations . Ledger management (accruals and reconciliations) in SAP . Monitor and investigate any aged claims and/or unsubmitted corporate card charges and resolve . Monitor and reconcile termed employee Concur accounts, including any values due to be repaid by the departing employee . Efficiently deal with queries both internally and externally . Ad-hoc duties to support the team . Support global help desk inquiries and tickets . Support Accounts Payable activities as needed . Support T&E projects including the roll-out of a new global card provider, full systems reconfigurations and revised policies. Preferred Experience/Education/Skills: . Minimum 1 year of advanced Concur administration . Advanced MS Excel user and proficient with wider MS Office Suite required .
