Provide level1 user support Knowledge of Zendesk or Mantis Bug Treacker would be advantagous
Manage user support issues and change requests petaining to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
Exposure to Industrial Control System (ICSO and CC-Link
Provide level 1 support and troubleshooting for Dell desktop/laptops, Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization, Extreme Networks layer 3 switches, 3CX VOIP
Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office 365 and Azure day-to-day administration and regional support
