Job responsibility

Lead all activities related to raw material supply as the primary owner within the Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning process for Marsiling Singapore (Instrument, consumable, service parts, repair, rework, buy parts)

• Drive all aspect process to support un-constrain supply requirement from production planning team to meet Backorder, LIFR, Inventory, drive all aspect action and lead team to deliver the goal; Analysis driver and RCCM for areas not meet target;
• Gap closure action, mitigation plan for constrained plan;
• Lead key supplier supply meeting;
• Simulation on different demand vs supply scenario;
• Raw material Inventory In control lead;
• Develop and implement standard statistical process for raw material inventory safety stock & ROP;
• Lead and manage ERP MM functionality improvement activities;
• Align supply chain partners to ensure successful new product introduction and phase-out of discontinued raw material phase In & out plan;
• Inventory Analysis, projection , E&O Control (Raw material)
• Review and approve PR-PO; PAC JIT Forecast to supplier;
• Lead all aspect of PO fulfillment activities;
• Raw material MM maintain and update, Order policy design;
• Collaborate with procurement and sourcing to continue drive best cost effiency on lead-time, Order sizing;
• All aspect of DCC Approval responsibility, including DCO, PR, PR Approval, BCM;
• Weekly site calibration meeting, communicate and drive behind plan action;
• Large deal simulation and management, Pre-build approval within authority;
• All aspect of people management responsibility including hiring, coaching, PMD, IDP
• Lead Team Tier meeting and participant Next level Tier, issue;
• Drive continue process improvement and innovation culture;
• Maintain and ensure systems and procedures in team are in compliance with SOX, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO13485, ISO14971, FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and other regulatory requirements.

Education:

• CPIM/CSCP or other equivalent qualified;
• BSc in supply chain, operation or business;
• Six sigma/Lean qualification is preferred;

Experience:

5 years above in material planning, preferably in manufacture enviroment

Competency:

• Familiar with SAP, E1, Oracle MM, PP applications
• Planning and Analytical Skills, including advanced excel skill (Power Quary, Programming equivalent), strong Power BI and other database skill;
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to manage relationships with cross function team and all level of people from peers, colleague and Senior Management.
• Good problem solving skill & cross function leadership;
• Strong influencing skill
