Job Description
Women\'s Specialist Clinic at Novena MRT, seeking additional staff for team expansion.
- Perform clinical duties,day-to-day operations, insurance claims (training will be provided), end-day settlement.
- Ensure clinical services and charge, medication fee and investigation charge are updated accurately in the medical record system.
- Inventory management.
- Ensure safety precautions and guidelines are followed accordingly.
- Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with patients
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers and local government bodies whenever necessary, Inventory management.
- Provide patient education and counselling with pre-surgery insurance applications and claims, Financial counselling and admission preparation.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Medical Director and Clinic Executive.
Requirements
- 5.5 days work week.
- Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organised, meticulous and detail-oriented.
- Those without clinic experience, training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, team player with positive mindset and responsible work ethnics.
