Strategic Planning Manager / Senior Manager

About the Role

. You will play a critical role in driving the company's long-term growth agenda, evaluating market opportunities, shaping business strategies, and monitoring execution progress.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual and long-term strategic planning processes. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks. Support M&A evaluations, partnerships, and growth initiatives. Collaborate with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Tech, HR, and Operations. Prepare strategy reports and presentations for executive leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 6-10 years' experience in corporate strategy, consulting, investment, or strategic planning. Strong analytical and financial skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Experience in market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence.

Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders. Collaborative and adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity. Hands-on and detail-oriented, with willingness to dive into research and execution.
