Job Description
Responsibilities
- Reviewed design submissions in accordance with LTA Civil Design Criteria (CDC), Eurocode (SS EN) and other relevant standards
- Studied structural designs pertaining to underground projects including temporary and permanent Earth retaining system (ERSS), interfaces with existing structures such as operational MRT tunnels and viaducts and future developments.
- Evaluated designs of long-span structures such as bridges with precast elements as well as bearing inspection and replacement.
- Carried out feasibility studies for future infrastructure projects.
- Coordination of structural works during construction process
- Assist project department in solving design related matters
- Liaise closely with internal and external parties as well as the authorities to resolve structure design discrepancies and construction issues
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Civil / Structural or Equivalent.
- Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience in the civil and MRT/LTA project.
- Extensive experience in MRT/LTA projects.
- ERSS design is an advantage
