:Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Review and approve the structural design, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and best practices for data centre construction.\xc2\xb7 Manage and lead a team of structural engineers and designers, providing technical guidance and ensuring efficient project execution.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate closely with the architectural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure structural elements are integrated seamlessly with the overall building design.\xc2\xb7 Supervise on-site structural work to ensure it adheres to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all structural work is completed according to the highest quality standards, conducting inspections and overseeing testing processes for structural components.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the review and approval of structural calculations, ensuring that load-bearing and stability requirements are met for the data centre\xe2\x80\x99s unique design and operational needs.\xc2\xb7 Monitor and manage the structural work schedule, ensuring key milestones are met on time and within budget. Address any potential delays or cost overruns.\xc2\xb7 Identify and mitigate risks related to structural design, construction methods, and materials. Resolve any technical challenges that arise on-site promptly and effectively.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all structural work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Work with authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that all structural work is completed to specification and provide the necessary documentation for final handover to the client, including as-built drawings, structural certifications, and testing reports.RequirementsRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field. A Master\'s degree or professional certifications (e.g., Chartered Engineer status) is an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5-10 years of experience in structural management within the construction industry, with a strong focus on large-scale, complex projects such as data centres, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities.\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of structural design principles, materials, and construction techniques, with experience in data centre and other specialized construction projects.\xc2\xb7 Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers, work cross-functionally with other teams, and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in making critical decisions related to structural design, materials, and site challenges to maintain project timelines and quality.Queenie ChuaR24125459
