GREETINGS FROM OUR LADY OF FATIMA UNIVERSITY!Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU), considered one of the fastest-growing universities in the Philippines, needs a Student Discipline Officer to be assigned in Pampanga Campus - McArthur Highway Dela Paz Norte, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any Legal-related course. Preferably pursuing or has completed Masteral studies in any-related field.Level/Classification: Middle ManagementReports to: Vice President for Student AffairsSupervises: Assistant Student Discipline OfficersPosition Summary: Prepares and implements the general operations and programs of the Student Discipline OfficeDuties and Responsibilities: 1. Enforce strictly the Code of Discipline of the University.2. Lead the discipline committee in the deliberation of disciplinary cases.3. Submit case reports to the Ad Hoc Committee on Discipline for references and decision-making.4. Monitor the entire discipline organization in relation to the proper implementation of ethical standards.5. Serve and implement the appropriate penalties to be meted out to the student- offenders.6. Prepare monthly accomplishment reports and submit to the concerned authorities.7. Conduct conferences with parents and students as the need for such arises.8. Represent the department in any major non-academic plans and development.9. Prepare the documents needed for decision-making.10. Refer to guidance office if the student-offender needs further behavioral intervention and counseling.11. Collaborate with the teachers, parents and community to promote academic and non-academic success of the students.12. Provide systematic monitoring to determine the efficiency of the office and its staff.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
