Responsibilities

We are looking for a Supply Chain (Future Leader) who has a clear vision of where we are going and how to get there. Our workdays are bound to be dynamic, and your ability to deal with various supply challenges will be put to the test! As you grow your skills, you’ll drive our rigorous systems and become an expert in many aspects of business operations. The colleagues you will interact with are likely to span various disciplines such as Manufacturing, Production, QA, IT, and Sales to ensure that goods are delivered on time and secure a strong and stable supply of components to the production plants. There are a variety of responsibilities you could have as a Supply Chain (Future Leader). The work may entail some of the following: Managing scheduling and capacity for production and material supply Ensuring freight capacity and reliable transportation of loads Optimizing inventory at the warehouses and distribution centers. Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies Managing timely shipping & receiving of customer orders and supply Designing and utilizing digital and automation tools to drive scale and work simplification Forecasting customer demand You’ll have plenty of opportunities to leverage analytical skills and improve processes. Moreover, you’ll learn to lead and develop many important parts of our organization. Skills crucial to success in this role: Expert Knowledge in Export Import Procedures. Problem solver. Strong work ethic, reliability, adaptability and being a team player. Strong organizational, administrative, presentation and analytical skills. 2+ years of hands-on project implementation and success in delivering results. JLPT2 and above will be an added advantage but career progression will be based on evidence-based results. Must-Haves: College degree or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain or Production Planning. Track record of implementing value-added initiatives to their current/previous organization.
