• Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm), Alternate Saturday (8am-12pm)

Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with regulations and import/export processes.
• Supply chain certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.

Job Scope:

1.Supply Chain Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company\'s business goals and objectives.

2.Production Management:

• Oversee and develop production schedules to meet demand forecasts while optimizing resource utilization.
• Ensure production processes adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Monitor production efficiency and capacity to meet production targets

3.Warehouse Management:

• Oversee the efficient operation of warehouses, including receiving, storage, and distribution.
• Implement warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and management.
• Optimize warehouse layout and organization for space utilization and ease of access.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts.

4.Logistics Management:

• Manage transportation logistics, including route planning, outsource & in-source management, and cost optimization.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
• Track and analyze transportation costs and performance metrics.
• Implement strategies for reducing transportation costs and improving delivery times.

5.Inventory Management:

• Develop and execute inventory control strategies to minimize carrying costs.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory.

6.Customer Service & Operations:

• Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to supply chain issues.
• Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Monitor and report on key customer service metrics.

7.Import and Export:

• Manage import and export processes, including customs documentation and compliance.
• Stay updated on import/export regulations and ensure compliance with local and international trade laws.
• Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth import/export operations.
• Optimize import/export processes to minimize delays and costs.
