Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals
  • Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives
  • Work with regional teams to optimize import and export procedure and export control related matters
  • Work with regional teams to manage and ensure compliance to operating procedure and related corporate governance to mitigate possible business risk exposure
  • Operational review with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Identify and define new approaches and systems for inventory management
  • Advises on trends and/or shifts in demand that could impact organization's service levels
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Good working knowledge in logistics and shipping arrangement, handling overseas import and export regulations and management and control of logistics system
  • Possess good attitude and ownership of work
  • Possess strong planning, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Intermediate level in computer literacy
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
