Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals
Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives
Work with regional teams to optimize import and export procedure and export control related matters
Work with regional teams to manage and ensure compliance to operating procedure and related corporate governance to mitigate possible business risk exposure
Operational review with key stakeholders and identify opportunities for process improvement
Identify and define new approaches and systems for inventory management
Advises on trends and/or shifts in demand that could impact organization's service levels
Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Good working knowledge in logistics and shipping arrangement, handling overseas import and export regulations and management and control of logistics system
Possess good attitude and ownership of work
Possess strong planning, communication, and negotiation skills
Intermediate level in computer literacy
Proficient in English and Chinese
