Zumvet is a digital healthcare start-up with a mission to change the way pet care is delivered in Singapore. We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Manager to oversee supply planning for our e-commerce business and ensure a seamless customer experience. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of inventory management including, but not limited to, purchasing and in-stock strategy, vendor management, budgeting, and much more. Someone who is detail oriented, commercially minded and passionate about supply chain will succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, turn and health of our inventory.
• Take ownership of the sales and profitability for our e-commerce strategies, including ongoing analysis of our product mix, pricing, promotions, etc.
• Manage and maintain relationships with our portfolio of vendors, stay up to date on trends and actively onboard new vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to identify areas for improvement and improve supply chain metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
• 5-6 years experience in supply chain management, merchandising, e-commerce or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate concepts and strategies to a diverse audience.
• Detail oriented and possess superior organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of purchasing, forecasting and inventory management.
• A proven leader with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Loves pets and has insight into what pet owners want.
