Job Description


MAIN TASKS

  • Manage procurement and forecast planning
  • Establish and monitor key performance matrix on order fulfillment lead time, forecast accuracy, cost reduction, optimum inventory management, etc.
  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
  • Support in general reporting for sales and procurement related reports and budget submission
  • Handle and manage the daily operation efficiently to ensure timely fulfilment of deliveries
  • Interface with all key stakeholders from other department to understand requirements changing and plan the execution of logistics support
PROFILE
  • Supply chain with excellent leadership, communication and presentation skill, having managed a sizeable team
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience
  • Familiar with letter of credit
  • Proficient in SAP, MS excel (pivot tables, VLookup etc)
  • English and mandarin proficiency
  • High understanding of local culture n a high diverse environment. Excellent problem solving skills and leadership qualities. Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
