Job Description
MAIN TASKS
- Manage procurement and forecast planning
- Establish and monitor key performance matrix on order fulfillment lead time, forecast accuracy, cost reduction, optimum inventory management, etc.
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Support in general reporting for sales and procurement related reports and budget submission
- Handle and manage the daily operation efficiently to ensure timely fulfilment of deliveries
- Interface with all key stakeholders from other department to understand requirements changing and plan the execution of logistics support
- Supply chain with excellent leadership, communication and presentation skill, having managed a sizeable team
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience
- Familiar with letter of credit
- Proficient in SAP, MS excel (pivot tables, VLookup etc)
- English and mandarin proficiency
- High understanding of local culture n a high diverse environment. Excellent problem solving skills and leadership qualities. Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment.
