Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Description
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations by assisting and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as vendor management to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries, strategic sourcing, planning, warehouse management, sea freight shipments/transport arrangements, import and export permit declarations, and customs clearance.
- Develop supply chain management strategies, implement production systems and processes
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop staff in the teams
- Develop manufacturing budgets, monitor the cost and effectiveness of production activities to optimize resources, priorities spending and achieve volume, quantity and manufacturing standards
- Plan, monitor and control production manpower and material resources to meet department KPIs (Cycle, Costs, Delivery Performance, Yield etc) and maximize operational efficiency
- Act as key point of contact for all inventory-related issues and escalation
- Handle and process documents related to purchase, delivery orders and invoicing
- Perform on-site deliveries when necessary
- Analyse, identify and rectify production issues and challenges
- Adhere to company\'s quality and safety standards
- Assist with any new site-specific projects and perform any other duties as assigned
