Castlery is looking for a Supply Chain Orchestration Lead to join our Supply Chain Strategy and Intelligence Team This role is a high-impact role in shaping and digitizing the global supply chain for Castlery. You will be working backward from delightful customer experience and lead a team of passionate engineers/analysts to make it happen, in an optimal way. What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Doing

• Lead the design of Castlery\xe2\x80\x99s global supply chain network, including demand forecasting, inventory positioning, facility design/roadmap, transportation optimization, and international trade consideration.
• Develop and maintain high-quality prediction, simulation, and optimization models for both longer-term network design and day-to-day decision execution.
• Analyze and improve profitability at suitable granularity such as order, shipment, and product.
• Work closely with internal teams and external resources to capture suitable design parameters, constraints, and objectives for statistical models.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure customer experience and financial goals are met.
• Improve supply chain team efficiency by implementing suitable processes and systems.
• Research the latest industry trends and bring in best practices to the team.
• Be the \xe2\x80\x98Go-To\xe2\x80\x99 expert and drive optimization culture in Castlery.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Industrial Engineering, System Design, Mathematics, Information Systems, or other equivalent degrees with outstanding academic achievements.
• 5 years of proven track records working as an Industrial Engineer, Supply Chain Engineer/ Analyst, Data Scientist, Modelling Expert, or equivalent.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Advanced Planning Systems (APS), and other related supply chain systems.
• Strong command of SQL, Python, and associated modeling and data science libraries.
• Passion and curiosity for modeling and solving challenging problems by leveraging the right framework/ technology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-cultural team environment and lead changes.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
• Ability to deliver sophisticated ideas effectively in English and Chinese.
