Job Description
- Manage and be responsible in the global Supply chain network
- Review the API demand forecast and inventory targets. Ensure sufficient inventory level to meet customer needs.
- Develop Contract Manufacturing/ tolling site supply performance metrics. Establish scorecards in order to track and identify the performance.
- Analyse inventory level and proactively identify and mitigate supply risks
- Track inventory depreciation and minimize the needs for inventory write-off
- Analyse forecasts vs. orders deviation and develop action plans to achieve targets
- Work with Cross Functional Stakeholders to align on supply options and ensure supply continuity

Requirements
- Minimum a Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management / Operations Management or relevant fields.
- Minimum 8 years of Supply Planning experience in Production Plant
- Minimally 3 years of people management or leading a team experience
- Experience in managing Regional Supply Chain functions is a must.
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Comfortable with traveling of up to 20%, when necessary
