Job Purpose

This position is based in Singapore and you will be responsible for simplifying and optimizing the supply chain processes in Greater Asia region.

Job Responsibilities

• Works with supply chain associates in Greater Asia to gather the business requirements and identify supply chain improvement opportunities
• Maps current supply chain processes and design and develop the future processes
• Implement changes to the supply chain processes and systems across the region that will improve supply chain capability and performance
• Provides guidance and training to improve supply chain associates' skills set to deliver outstanding service and results to internal and external customers

Our Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
• At least 5 years of working experience in supply chain or logistics
• Strong knowledge in SAP APO, SD and/or MM modules
• Solid understanding in demand and supply planning with end-to-end supply chain knowledge
• Good business process mapping skills with continuous improvement experience is highly desired
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt is advantageous
• Can think logically with strong problem-solving skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communications, presentation and facilitation skills
• Independent & mature working style
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure
