Your Job:
Prepare fresh sushi & sashimi -- nigiri, rolls, sliced sashimi, shari (basic sushi rice)
Work the sushi station efficiently and keep it clean
Help with ingredient prep and stock handling
Support your teammates in a fast-moving kitchen
Learn the basics of restaurant operations if you're interested in growing further
What We're Looking For:
Basic sushi/sashimi preparation skills (fish filleting, slicing, shaping nigiri/rolls)
Someone who's reliable, humble, and hands-on
A team player who can move fast during peak hours
No ego, just a good work ethic and positive energy!
