Job Requirements
Specialist Japanese Sushi or Kaiseki Chef by background preferably
Some working experience in traditional edomae Sushi or kaiseki Restaurant/s in Japan or Abroad
Qualified Cooking Education
Good team player, trustworthy and loyal
Highest personal hygiene standards
Respectful and Polite Personality
To prepare and serve sushi, sashimi and otsumami at sushi counter in accordance with Sushi Masa Ishibashi Ginza
To assist in kitchen operations and (ie. fish and cooked dish) preparation as well required
To ensure freshness of produce received and served for business
To ensure hygiene and cleaniliness of food and kitchen operations at highest standards
To assist in dishwashing as and when required
To play personal responsibility so as to keep good team spirit and harmony
To educate guests regarding source and background of seasonal ingredients
To assist with beverage recommendations for guests during service
To deliver Omotenashi - Japanese way of service and hospitality for guests
To keep clean and smart personal image
