Job Description
Overview
To assist the team in formulating operational engineering solutions that address facility-specific, cluster-wide environmentally sustainable initiatives in the transition towards a low-carbon and climate-resilient economy
Job Responsibilities
- To participate in detailed planning, design and review of the various Green Taskforces environmentally sustainable initiatives.
- To establish environmentally sustainable performance metrics of various entities to identify and recommend new cost-effective intervention approaches that will enable entities to show continuous environmental sustainability improvements.
- To pioneer and implement collaboration initiatives with niche Green technology and service providers
- To work with the various Green taskforces in developing and implementing Green initiatives that are in line with the Group’s Sustainability framework.
Requirements
- Minimally a Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Science and/or any other related building industry subjects would be a bonus
- Miminum 7 years of relavant working experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and a strong desire to learn.
- Prior experience in building sustainability is required.
- Having an understanding of the building sustainability on healthcare services and workflows would be a bonus.
