The key deliverable of the role is to enhance the sustainability standards of the organisation and its customers and includes the following responsibilities: * To track and monitor sustainability targets, plan (eg. equipment life cycle plan) and i The key deliverable of the role is to enhance the sustainability standards of the organisation and its customers and includes the following responsibilities: To track and monitor sustainability targets, plan (eg. equipment life cycle plan) and implement initiatives (eg. chiller plant/AHU optimization/replacement) to meet or exceed the targets and enhance the sustainability standards Review existing operations, processes and systems as well as develop standard operations procedures to enhance sustainability performance Liaise with stakeholders to gather information and prepare reports and submission related to sustainability and propose initiatives to improve the reporting process Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders (eg. tenants) to improve the awareness on sustainability and enhance sustainability standards Keep abreast of industry sustainability developments, research on technologies/best practices/trends and solution/partner sourcing to further improve the sustainability plan and strategies Administrative task (eg. putting up Purchase Orders, processing of invoices, minutes taking) Any other duties as assigned by the superior Job Requirements 5 years of demonstrated experience in provision of green consultancy services (eg. Green Mark) and project management (eg. chiller plant/AHU replacement) Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Real Estate, Environmental Science/Management or Sustainability or equivalent GMAP/GMAAP and BCA Energy Auditor EEOA/SCEM will be viewed favourably Strong knowledge on sustainability (eg. Green Mark standards, benchmarks, trends) Independent and strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, writing and planning skills Able to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment, keen eye for details, adaptable, able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines, proactive, resourceful, assertive and deliver high quality work Passionate about sustainability, positive mindset and self-driven with a desire for knowledge and learning with a can-do attitude Apply online or feel free to contact me directly for more information about this opportunity.
