Setup, configure and maintain ComWorth's product line of servers and hardwares . Research, develop and recommend new hardware/ software suitable to meet customer's requirements. . Assist in design, coding and testing of in-house develop applications . Other duties as assigned Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience: General Skills . 2-3 Years prior product support experience is desirable . Good analytical and problems solving skills . Excellent communication skills . Good knowledge of Linux environments . Experience with enterprise server hardware (installing, configuring and troubleshooting) . Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting . Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools like wireshark, tcpdump etc . Flexibility to work well either in a team or independently Technical Skills: . Experience of systems architecture and design for performance . Bash, Perl, Python or similar scripting experience . Linux/Unix OS Administration . Linux/Unix packaging management systems . Familiarity with standard IT infrastructure . Knowledge of storage systems and RAID levels .
