Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced data specialist with verifiable experience using Tableau Business Intelligence tools to design, create and develop innovative and interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for clients. He/she will be the company's resident tableau expert and will take lead in analyzing data collected from multiple sources, integrating said data into the Tableau platform, and creating reports and presentations using said data.This is a highly technical job with plenty of opportunities for growth within a fun, friendly, competitive yet supportive work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and take lead in solving problems involving large and complex datasets

• Take l4ead on data analytics projects and tasks

• Apply statistical methods and create data visualizations to support solutions for clients

• Create presentations, charts, tables, and graphs to communicate data-driven findings to non-technical audiences, with an emphasis on powering business decisions

• Assist with training of team members on the usage of the Tableau platform

• Design and develop compelling data visualizations via a variety of techniques including data storytelling, Gestalt principles, and user-centric design

• Build tailored visualizations and dashboards, along with defining the required supporting data architecture

• Collaborate with both business and IT partners to identify key use cases and define associated requirements

• Provide thought leadership, best practices, and standards required to deliver effective and sustainable visualization and analytic solutions to clients

Qualifications:

• Solid experience with data modeling and advanced data reporting

• Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau Architecture and Tableau BI Application including installation and administration, Tableau REST and JavaScript API, dashboards and document design, reports performance optimization, server-side functionalities, and mobile and big data experience

• Tableau Certifications in Tableau/BI are preferred

• Experience developing advanced SQL queries, working with complex relational databases, producing data visualizations, performing quality assurance on data, working on process automation and configuration automation, and obtaining insights from diverse data sets

• Ability to communicate analytic findings to technical and non-technical audiences

• Able to work alone or with a team

• Positive attitude, high energy, and love for broadening his own skill set

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills

• Excellent English communication skills
