We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our People & Culture team. This role focuses on leveraging internal and external databases to deliver strong candidate pipelines for open vacancies and talent pools.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role provides recruitment support as detailed below:
- Sourcing – Utilize search strategies to find suitably qualified candidates for consideration.
- Shortlisting – Screening candidates based on role requirements and with guidance from the Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Projects – Support on large scale Talent Acquisition activities and projects.
- Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or within a relevant discipline.
- Experience in sourcing candidates for construction or property development roles in a digital environment.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve targets set
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills, focused on customer-centric service model, highly organized and a digital native.
