How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Handle the end to end lifecycle of recruitment
  • Provide Best in class experience to both Hiring Leaders & Candidates by being a trusted advisor
  • Use the latest tools and technologies to source and attract top talent
  • Source and develop passive candidates through networking, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Coordinate candidate pre-employment checks and serve as the primary contact to ensure timely and proper facilitation of candidate status
  • Accountable for all new hire processes including offer letter generation/delivery, and follow-up; ensures all aspects of the new hire process are timely, accurate and lead to a positive experience for all involved
  • Respond to all internal or external recruiting-related inquiries with a sense of urgency, and directs/escalates to the proper source for information and follows up as appropriate
  • Driven to contribute for success of broader Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) priorities Qualifications
  • Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key partners, hiring managers and cross functional contacts in a global operating environment
  • Validated results in sourcing and/or recruiting
  • Data-driven with a knack for compiling, interpreting, and communicating data
  • A creative view of recruiting
  • Result-oriented attitude with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with an applicant tracking system
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Experience
  • Four+ years of related full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Experience utilizing current TA technologies (CRM and ATS)
  • Experience in recruiting Analyst to Director level professionals
  • Ability to interface with candidates in an engaging and persuasive manner
  • Ability to partner with, advise, and influence Hiring Leaders in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships
Preferred Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of the TA landscape in the technology or finance industry
  • Experience working in a compliance driven organization

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
