We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our People & Culture team. This is an exciting new position in the team where you will be supporting the set up of a new technology for talent acquisition.

This role focuses on leveraging internal and external databases to deliver strong candidate pipelines for open vacancies and talent pools.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role provides recruitment support as detailed below:

Sourcing - Utilize search strategies to find suitably qualified candidates for open roles and to build proactive talent pools

Shortlisting - Screening candidates based on role requirements and with guidance from the Talent Acquisition Partner.

Technology - Support the implementation and optimisation of the new technology tool

Projects - Support on large scale Talent Acquisition activities and projects.

This role would suit someone early on their recruitment career who has a passion for technology!

We are looking for someone with great communication and problem-solving skills who is customer centric and focused on delivering a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

To be considered for this role:

Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or within a relevant discipline.

Experience in sourcing candidates in a digital environment.

Ability to work to tight deadlines and achieve targets set

Highly organized and a digital native.
