Attracting and retaining premier talent is our top priority and the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will collaborate extensively with the HR and Recruiting teams to provide a world class recruiting experience with Jump. This is a critical role with a wide-ranging set of responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following: What you'll do:

  • Support the Asia Talent Acquisition team's day to day operations and ensure a seamless candidate experience in an excellent way that helps us maintain our brand as an industry leader and desirable place to work.
  • Serve as the primary Coordinator for our Experienced and Campus Recruiting partners:
    • Coordinate all phone and onsite interviews for our Asia offices.
    • Coordinate experienced and on-campus interviews at colleges/universities
    • Assist with coordination and logistics for our year-round recruiting events at industry conferences and on university campuses.
    • Manage onsite interview logistics, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, conference room bookings, catering and travel accommodation
    • Act as main point of contact between candidates and Jump Trading
    • Problem solve when last minute changes need to be made to interviews to ensure a seamless candidate experience
    • Interface with candidates, colleagues, and vendors to schedule and manage all candidate interviews and ensure candidate feedback is tracked
    • Track candidates and applicants throughout the entire engagement and recruitment process, including proactively monitoring interview acceptances/declines/next steps and following up with candidates at each stage of the interview and hiring process.
  • Follow up with interviewers as necessary to ensure they log interview feedback that aligns with expectations set forth in the interview and is helpful to recruiters and hiring managers for making decisions
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and year end reporting for the team; conduct analysis around your findings and make recommendations as needed
  • Partner with the Legal team on all employment contract changes and maintain continuity with Greenhouse offer templates
  • Analyze pre-employment paperwork, reviewing for accuracy and completeness
  • Serve as a centralized resource on the Recruiting team for the on-boarding of all new hires
  • Initiate and monitor background checks
  • Update and maintain all candidate profiles in Greenhouse and confirm all relevant data is captured and tracked
  • Troubleshoot Greenhouse issues and serve as point of contact externally
  • Serve as a leader when it comes to process improvements and identifying areas for efficiencies
  • Proactively identify opportunities for making recruiting processes more efficient and effective, and seek to create and implement solutions with our team
  • Collaborate extensively with global talent acquisition team to create successful strategies for marketing Jump and building our brand.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed.
Skills you'll need:
  • Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • At least 1-2 years previous administrative or corporate experience strongly preferred
  • Previous experience using an ATS, CRM, or candidate management tool preferred but not required
  • Excellent data entry skills / exceptional attention to detail
  • A pro-active and upbeat personality
  • Hardworking and resourceful
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Excellent communicator with a customer service mindset
  • Reliable and predictable availability
