Summary

We are searching for a determined individual who can play a crucial role in the success of our Company\xe2\x80\x99s growth by recruiting top talent for the APAC market as well as supporting the HR duties of our Singapore SOC. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in order to attract key talent to Proficio (focused on APAC, but providing backup to the States and EMEA), managing the full lifecycle recruiting while continuously building strong networks and developing innovative and creative methods and techniques to source talent and promote the Proficio brand. As the HR Generalist, you will support our HR team member in Singapore with local personnel policies, procedures, and needs; with payroll processing (as needed); with administration of benefits and vacation/holiday schedules; and other HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the requisition process from approval to on-boarding driving and guiding hiring managers through the selection process.
  • Partner with all levels of management, including the executive level, to identify staffing needs and to develop recruiting strategies to attract quality talent.
  • Provide appropriate feedback throughout the interview and selection process to advise and influence hiring managers, ensuring an overall effective hire.
  • Through proactive direct sourcing, advertising, networking and referrals, build a network of selected and targeted prospective candidates.
  • Leverage online recruiting sources and in-house applicant tracking system to identify and recruit talent.
  • Review resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Prescreen candidates and present synopsis and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Manage applicant tracking system ensuring system is regularly updated including applicant status throughout the process.
  • Produce regular status reports for hiring managers.
administers various human resource plans and procedures for APAC personnel; works with HR Director to development and implementation personnel policies and procedures; maintains the APAC employee handbook and policies and procedures manual * Administers the APAC compensation program; helping to monitor the performance evaluation program
  • Handles Singapore benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting and communicating benefits information to employees
  • Conducts new-employee on-boarding and orientations for Singapore staff
  • Maintains the APAC organization charts and the APAC employee directory; maintains the APAC human resource information system records and reporting; ensures compliance with all APAC employment and benefits laws and regulations
  • Schedules internal and external meetings for Managing Director; collates and submits all expense claims for Managing Director; organizes local company events from time to time; orders office equipment and maintaining the office facilities
  • Ensure security, availability, and confidentiality of all sensitive data collected, processed, or stored by this position
Requirements
  • 3+ years of combined full cycle recruiting (information security industry experience is preferred) and HR Generalist work for the APAC market (HR certifications highly preferred)
  • Proven ability to directly source talent at all levels adopting and implementing creative sourcing methods.
  • Experience with a broad range of recruitment tools including web-based, candidate search databases, and social media.
  • Excellent customer service skills and relationship management skills with consultative approach to partnering with hiring managers.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills; self-motivated and capable of working independently with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong orientation toward teamwork.
  • Ability to exercise effective judgement, sensitivity and creativity to changing needs and situations
