Summary
We are searching for a determined individual who can play a crucial role in the success of our Company\xe2\x80\x99s growth by recruiting top talent for the APAC market as well as supporting the HR duties of our Singapore SOC. As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in order to attract key talent to Proficio (focused on APAC, but providing backup to the States and EMEA), managing the full lifecycle recruiting while continuously building strong networks and developing innovative and creative methods and techniques to source talent and promote the Proficio brand. As the HR Generalist, you will support our HR team member in Singapore with local personnel policies, procedures, and needs; with payroll processing (as needed); with administration of benefits and vacation/holiday schedules; and other HR projects.
