• Position : Talent Acquisition (In-House & Shipping Exp Preferred) * Location : North Buona Vista Drive * Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm * Salary (commensurate with experi Position : Talent Acquisition (In-House & Shipping Exp Preferred) Location : North Buona Vista Drive Working hours : Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6500 + AWS + 18 Days + Performance Bonus (depending on performance) - Salary Open to Discussion Duration : 1 Year Contract (Renewable/Convertible to Permanent) Industry : Shipping - Well Established Company Main Responsibilities: Attending to all approved job requirements promptly with aim to understand the role & the ideal candidates' requirements Develop an effective and consultative working relationship with the Hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and all internal stakeholders Be responsible for full cycle of recruitment from Job advertising, to reviewing applicants, Sourcing / Head-hunting for candidates, to conducting qualifying calls and interview arrangements Be responsible for a wide range of recruitment, from entry level support role to senior level / management for a variety of functions, including corporate support function as well as commercial and technical shipping roles Working closely with various education institutions to promote the company as well as to handle internship hiring Participate in various career fairs to actively promote careers with the company Promptly updating of the internal recruitment system. Actively managing Job Boards e.g. Linkedin, Mycareersfuture, JobStreet, etc Ensuring prompt administrative follow-up Other ad-hoc tasks assigned or support in relevant HR projects. Requirements: Minimum Degree in any discipline Ideally 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (candidates with agency and/or in-house experience are welcome to apply) Strong administration & communications skills, meticulous, accurate & detailed. Must enjoy interactions with people. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
