Serve as a key liaison contact from internship onboarding to exit management.2. Understand each Business Unit (BU)\xe2\x80\x99s hiring requirements, consolidate and maintain status hiring of the list of internship vacancy requests (includes tracking fulfillment of BU\xe2\x80\x99s IHL hiring requests).3. Performing cold-calling candidates for internships4. Posting internship opportunities onto all available school portals across all institutions, including external recruitment portals5. Perform applicants screening on the various job portals, arranging interview with BU representatives, oversee and follow-up closely with interview process and outcome.6. Offer selected candidates and consolidating onboarding documents to Human Capital Shared Services (HCS) team, including bi-monthly updates to HCS for the list of selected candidates7. Daily maintenance of the SATS Internship Recruitment Tracker such as updating the applicant\xe2\x80\x99s status and employee ID and email addresses.8. Plan and organize bi-annual internship engagement session with interns.Work Study Diploma + Others (10%)1. Assist with the ITE Work-Study Diploma Programme, including the recruitment process. Work with HCBPs to ensure timely submissions of documentations for funding.2. Plan and organize annual traineeship engagement session with trainees3. Support recruitment related administrative matters such as processing of invoices.4. Collate, analyze and interpreting recruitment data, and presenting the data and findings in the form of PowerPoint decks for monthly combined Gateway and Food Solutions meeting.5. Participation in GE recruitment fairs6. Using CANVA to design and create publicity materials for industry talks and school career fairs.7. Helping with interview scheduling for AO/M&AYou are best equipped for this role if you have:1. Current undergraduate studying HR or related fields2. Able to commit for 6 months from June 2024.
