We are a rapidly growing, ever-evolving organization, and we are seeking new teammates to join us on our exciting journey.As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will drive recruitment activities for the air-con department and working together with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and:

• Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes \xe2\x80\x93 from job intake meetings, postings, sourcing, screening candidates, interview arrangements, negotiation, offer management and applying for work permits for selected candidates for shortlisted candidates.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract skilled candidates.
• Partner and build relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, priorities and deliver in speed and quality of hiring.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to blue-collar hiring.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, providing regular reports and insights to the HR leadership team.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
