Freshworks is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead: (AP-MEA) As a business, Freshworks is disrupting business software. Meanwhile, the HR function is focused on making Freshworks the most loved company by employees. We are about more than simply employee engagement. Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans for national and international markets
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Be adept at both lateral hires and volume hires, willing to function as an individual contributor and mentor and guide new hires.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
  • Ensure to give positive candidate interview experience by providing adequate information about the role, reducing waiting time, setting the expectations of FW culture, work atmosphere, taking and giving interview feedback etc
  • Assist in employee retention and development
  • Organize and/or attend career fairs, webinars, recruitment drive etc
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
  • Own and drive end to end recruitment process from (sourcing, interviews, reference checks, negotiating compensation proposals and closing candidate offers)
  • Ability to partner and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to drive hiring goals and program outcomes
  • Build a pipeline of top candidates for different roles by using a variety of sourcing channels (inbound, outbound, agencies, etc.). The candidate has to have the ability to source through direct hires
  • Contribute to employer branding concepts and projects along with Marketing colleagues. Organize recruiting events
  • Transformational mindset to drive our Talent Acquisition processes


Qualifications
Our perfect match:
  • 8-10 years experience in recruitment - in Tech/ Non Tech Hiring (Sales, marketing, finance, technical support etc)
  • Adept at converting the candidates to a successful closure
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willing to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Knowledge in talent sourcing and full recruitment life cycle
  • Experience in using HR technology and applicant tracking systems
  • Teammate and strong collaborator with a strong work ethic and ownership who enjoys working in a high-energy team environment and is passionate about other people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree
