DESIGNATION : Talent Acquisition Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, you will work closely with the business managers to fulfill their business and talent needs. You will be responsible for translating high level strategies into executable action plans for the team in order to meet the recruitment demand within the timeline. And ensure that the Talent Acquisition service is delivered with effectiveness and efficiency, keeping in line with our employer branding and initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment - drive result in meeting KPI and timeline
  • Oversees all elements of recruitment operational delivery with respect to direct sourcing, time to fill, quality of hire and pipeline readiness
  • Align all recruitment initiatives across all business entities. Design and drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices
  • Engage business managers, establish collaborative and influential working relationships through consistent communication and reporting
  • Keep abreast on industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques and local employment laws to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines
  • Optimizes the sourcing mix and adopts innovative methods to fulfill hiring requirements
  • Plan and coordinate all recruitment fairs, campus recruitments, walk-in interviews. This include manpower deployment and logistic planning
  • Collaborate with government agencies and institutions to run talent attraction programs
  • Leverage on analytics to monitor and drive talent acquisition KPIs, and evaluate the success of recruitment methodologies
  • Ensure a succession plan is in place for the team lead role as well as development plan for the team
  • Effectively manage Application Tracking System (ATS), ensure all appropriate and accurate data are entered into the system and leverage on the system for reporting, analysis and meet legal requirements
  • Lead or participate in progressive HR or cross-functional improvement projects


QUALIFICATIONS
Skill Set Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years experience in recruitment, of which a minimum of 3 years in leading large recruitment team, preferably in-house team in a large organisation
  • Experience in Retail and Food & Beverage sector is preferred
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand diverse functional areas and job roles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing techniques, with good track record of hiring a broad range of positions
  • Deep knowledge on Singapore employment market and policies, experience in employment branding would be an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of social media, job boards and Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Possess self-leadership, energetic and driven to deliver successful hires within stipulated timelines
  • Confident and articulate, with good people and skills judgement ability
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
