This role focuses on recruiting people with the capabilities Lendlease needs, now and in the future. This role is responsible for owning the talent acquisition process which includes balancing the importance of providing an exceptional candidate experience, with the hiring manager’s business priorities and leveraging market insights and advanced talent management software to deliver value to business stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this role provides recruitment support as detailed below:

• Business Partnering – Work with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile, hiring strategy, review shortlists and make decisions on the successful candidate.
• Leverage Technology – Utilize advanced talent management software to drive automated sourcing
• Candidate Experience – Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Internal Candidate Management – Carefully manage the internal candidate experience, provide feedback to all internal applicants and work with the P&C Business partner to support career pathing initiatives.
• Market Insights – Provide valuable data-driven market insights, developed through deep expertise in the aligned market segment.
• Recruitment Tasks – Conduct interviews as required (face to face / telephone) and present offer to preferred candidate.

To be considered for this role:

• Tertiary qualified in Human Resources or within a relevant discipline.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience in a complex environment with competing business priorities.
• Comfort working with data, interpreting, and synthesizing information to deliver value add for the business stakeholders.
• Experience working with a highly mobile workforce, driving internal applications, and drawing from internal talent pools.
• Excellent attention to detail, focused on customer-centric service model, highly organized and a digital native.
• Desirable working with cloud-based TA software (Reejig) & working with SaaS partners
