About the role - you will:

• Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment that encompasses sourcing, walk-ins/recruitment fairs, screening, scheduling of interviews, pre-employment medicals and offer process. Creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites to attract potential candidates

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing different sourcing strategies to identify and attract candidates, such as searching resume databases, attending job fairs, and networking. Identify and approach active and passive candidates to fill positions in a timely manner

• Resume Screening: Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidates\' qualifications, skills, and experience. Shortlisting candidates who meet the job requirements

• Interview Scheduling : Coordinate with the scheduling and logistical set up for site support at the meeting venue in Woodlands (Talent Hub)

• Candidate Assessment: Administering pre-employment assessments, tests, or practical evaluations to determine candidates\' suitability and their ability to meet the job requirements

• Applicant Tracking: Managing and updating applicant tracking systems or spreadsheets to keep track of candidate progress and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

• Recruitment Marketing: Execute effective recruitment marketing and branding to potential candidates

• Collaboration: Advise hiring manager on the recruitment process and provide guidance where needed, ensuring that the hiring is in compliance with corporate and local laws for country of hiring. Build and maintain strong business partnership with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs

• Other Ad hoc duties : Participate in regional projects and programs as required and support continuous improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition function

About you:

• Strong intra-cultural awareness and organizational sensitivity

• Effective communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills

Your experience includes:

• Ability to understand the hiring needs and manage the recruitment support for Direct Labor (DL) workforce
• Prior experience in an engineering / technical / manufacturing environment preferred

Location:

The Shugart site (named after Seagate\'s founder, Al Shugart) is a research and design center. Easily accessible from the One-North MRT Station, many employees choose to take mass-transportation to work. Ample free on-site parking is also available. Being a purpose-built building, The Shugart has excellent employee recreational facilities. Take an active break at our badminton courts, table tennis tables, in-house gym and recreation rooms.
