As the BU Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be instrumental in building and shaping our Enterprise & Digital Transformation dream team. You\'ll play a pivotal role in attracting, assessing, and securing top-tier SAP and consulting services professionals who align with our commitment to excellence. This is an opportunity to lead the charge in elevating our SAP capabilities and contribute to the groundbreaking solutions that set us apart from competitors.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with C-level executives, Project leads, and HR to understand strategic objectives and talent requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage with SAP consulting services professionals locally and regionally.
• Conduct in-depth technical assessments and interviews to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical/functional positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain an extensive network of SAP and consulting services professionals, fostering long-term relationships to meet both immediate and future talent needs.
• Stay ahead of SAP industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform talent acquisition strategies.
• Implement innovative recruitment initiatives, including employer branding and talent acquisition events, to position us as an employer of choice in the SAP space.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and subcontractors as part of overall hiring strategy.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of hiring activity for respective Business Units.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of opportunities.
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 proven track record of successfully placing SAP and enterprise software professionals (technical & functional).
• Familiar with SAP modules, technologies, and certifications.
• Possess technical acumen and ability to assess candidates at a deep technical level.
• Familiarity with global SAP talent markets, salary trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Familiar with ATS and familiarity with MOM guidelines relating to EP and COMPASS an advantage.
• Degree holder or equivalent.
