DESIGNATION : Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (6 months contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent acquisition Senior Specialist will deliver full life-cycle recruiting; partner with business managers to plan recruitment needs and acquire the best talent to meet business demand. Your responsibilities include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection assessment and hosting or participating in recruitment events. This role will be critical in timely hiring of talent through traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. This is a 6-months contract with possibility to extend or convert to a permanent role depending on performance.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage business managers, understand manpower demand, advise recruitment strategies and identify suitable sourcing channels. Drive results in meeting KPI and timeline.
  • Place job advertisements, interview and coordinate selection assessments
  • Organise and participate in recruitment events such as career fairs, campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, etc.
  • Keep abreast on industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques and local employment laws to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines
  • Optimises the sourcing mix to fulfil the hiring demand and adopts innovative methods to fulfil hiring requirements
  • Responsible for accurate input of Application Tracking System and prepare monthly recruitment report
  • Provide consistent communication with both hiring managers and candidates throughout the sourcing process to ensure an efficient hiring experience.
  • Source candidates using creative sourcing methods, including but not limited to referrals, networking, internal database searches, online searches, Internet postings and user/technical groups.

Requirements
  • Expert sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other web sources including job portals and hold good knowledge using ATS
  • Must be able to meet aggressive SLA’s and handle multiple high priority jobs at any given time
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement
  • Must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and have experience interacting with all levels of leadership
  • Confident and articulate, with good people and skills judgement ability
  • High energy and drive to deliver successful hires within stipulated timelines
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 5 years relevant hands-on recruiting experience within FMCG industry
  • Diploma / Degree holder
