DESIGNATION : Talent Acquisition, Senior Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
At NTUC Enterprise, we believe that recruitment is a core part of our talent platform and a key component to delivering on our commitments to our customers. We have a variety of openings across our teams for both tech and non-tech recruiters. Applying for this position means you could be considered for any of these teams! We are seeking recruiters who are truly passionate about talent attraction and working with a ‘one team’ approach when collaborating with others across HR and the business. The role will best suit someone who is a go-getter driven by results and relentlessly striving for performance; someone who can work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and seamlessly shift based on changing priorities and navigate ambiguity independently. In this role, you will:

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating, and extending offers, and closing candidates.
  • Establish innovative strategies for talent pipelines in niche areas to support current and future needs of the business.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with key internal / external stakeholders
  • Driving related projects around employer branding, early careers, graduate events, diversity & inclusion, process improvements and the candidate/hiring manager experience.
  • Leverage and maintain data reports and performance metrics to drive improvements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Min 7+ years of relevant recruiting experience and proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for high volume (or high touch point) technical / nontechnical roles in a fast-moving environment.
  • Prior experience working within an in-house role and understanding of the associated nuances would be advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement and leverage talent acquisition to help drive measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated analytic skills with ability to create and measure leading indicators of key recruiting metrics
  • Demonstrated client engagement and management skills, and commitment to continuous improvement; strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • A go-getter attitude driven by results and relentlessly striving for performance; someone who can work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and seamlessly shift based on changing priorities and navigate ambiguity independently
