Job Description

Objective: As a member of Talent Acquisition team, we work hard to bring recruitment in-house and providing added value to our HR, Business Managers and Technical Managers.

We are looking to for Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the Talent Acquisition team with the continuous delivery of a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing for open and future positions across the organization. You will also manage external candidate relationships, keep a keen eye on process improvement and candidate experience with employer branding in mind.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely and provide support for talent acquisition managers, with a strong focus on direct sourcing by executing on desired sourcing strategy.
• Delivery of a strong Candidate experience and Hiring Manager experience.
• Support leaders with Interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Source and attract candidates via a variety of platforms & channels.
• Create compelling and engaging External and Internal Job Advertisements and email templates that will attract quality candidates to our vacancies.
• Drive, communicate and engage employees in the Employee Referral program(s).
• Attend industry events such as Job Fairs, University talks.
• Supporting and following documented Talent Acquisition processes and identifying areas for improvement and harmonisation.
  

• At least 1 year of talent sourcing experience gained in agency and/or professional services environment. Applicant without relevant experience who is keen to pick up the skills of this profession will be considered too.
• Experience managing multiple assignments and challenging demands through strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to learn, unlearn and relearn in order to work creatively, effectively, and productively utilizing a variety of tools and resources to support sourcing strategies to identify difficult-to-find, viable candidates.
• Intellectual curiosity, with a desire to learn and become a subject matter expert.
