JOB SCOPE:The role is mainly responsible for the planning and execution of an efficient hiring and selection process to ensure attraction and selection of the best talents aligned to its business needsFUNCTIONS:Responsible for ensuring that the requested manpower is aligned to the forecasted headcount and manpower budget allocated per departmentEvaluate and make use of the right recruitment channels to expedite the lead generation and pre screening process per positionEnsure that the candidates to process, endorse and hire are perfect fit for the role by conducting a calibration discussion with hiring departmentManage the smooth facilitation of the assessment process which includes conduct of initial interview, facilitation of online exams, endorsement to hiring department, background check and jo issuanceConduct profiling and salary analysis to provide a fair rate in consideration to the candidate's skills, work background and internal equityPrepares, analyze and present recruitment data to HR manager to closely monitor movement of vacanciesEngage and establish continuous communication and good work relationships to external and internal partnersRecommends new trends, techniques and simplify complex steps to improve the entire hiring and selection process.QUALIFICATIONS
