Job Description
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2,500 to $4,000
- Performance Bonus (1 to 2 Months)
- Annual Leave, Paid Medical Leave, Medical Claims, etc.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working time: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Location: Orchard (walking distance from MRT)

- Perform full cycle of recruitment activities
- Liaise and co-ordinate with internal customers for hiring needs combine with office and retail store demands.
- Manage and post job advertisement
- Shortlist candidates, arrange & conduct interviews with hiring managers
- Prepare offer letters for new hires, re-employment contracts, contract renewals
- Arrange pre-employment screenings (medical & background) for new hires
- Order uniform & safety shoes for new hires
- Apply and cancel work pass for foreign workers
- Prepare induction pack for new hires
- Conduct orientation for new hires
- Conduct exit interviews
- Maintain accurate new hire records in HR system
- Prepare weekly and monthly manpower reports
- Organise and Participate in external job fairs e.g. MINDEF, e2i
- Work with educational institutions for recruitment including conducting presentation to students
- Manage internal transfers
- Attend to staff queries
- Check and verify invoices for services engaged
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
