  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Development Management and/or related courses
  • Preferably with an extensive background in end to end Recruitment
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a manufacturing set-up
  • Can work ASAP and willing to be assigned in Mandaue City (beside Pacific Mall)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sourcing and Talent Acquisition - recruitment, talent attraction and requisition
  • Talent Integration - onboarding and Values, Vision, Mission and Culture Alignment
  • Talent Development - employee skill and competency enhancement initiatives
  • Talent Engagement - deployment of org-wide initiatives
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per monthBenefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
