Qualifications

  • With atleast 1year of relevant experience in Recruitment and Selection process (preferrably in BPO)
  • Graduate of BS Human Resources/ Psychology/ any management course
  • With Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Flexible with time schedules
  • Team Player
  • Can handle pressure
  • Good in multitasking
  • Comfortable making decisions independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Knowledge and familiarity in Philippines mandatory benefits
RESPONSIBILITES
1. Conducting interviews
2. Handling 201 files of new hires and assisting new hires with their pre-employment requirements
3. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
4. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
5. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
6. Perform reference checks as need
7. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
8. Manage onboarding and new hire process
9. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
10. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
11. Other HR related tasks may be included in case there are not much hiring schedulesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per monthBenefits:
