Graduate of BS Human Resources/ Psychology/ any management course
With Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

RESPONSIBILITES 1. Conducting interviews 2. Handling 201 files of new hires and assisting new hires with their pre-employment requirements 3. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline 4. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings 5. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements 6. Perform reference checks as need 7. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms 8. Manage onboarding and new hire process 9. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices 10. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations 11.
