Implement effective talent acquisition methodologies and processes.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs in various sourcing channels.
Source and recruit candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social networking sites and other sourcing channels.
Conduct interviews using reliable recruitment and selection methods to assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, and overall job fit.
Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
Responsible for new employee onboarding.
Provide analytical and well documented reports.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process with candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related studies
At least 3 years' experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years of experience working within multi-faceted HR fields.
Has the ability to speak well in front of a large group of people, including senior management.
Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Able to communicate complex concepts persuasively to different audiences and levels within the organization.
Passionate about making a difference in the unbanked segment through digital
Self-starter, principled and driven to do the right thing for an organisation. Able to operate very independently with a high degree of ambiguity; a person who enjoys and learns from experimentation.
