Talent Acquisition Specialist, Singapore - Your future position?

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in our Singapore, Woodlands office you will join our regional Talent Acquisition and HR team. You will represent Givaudan Brand in the market and promote our Employer Value Proposition. You will manage a wide variety of recruitments in our Fragrances and Flavours businesses and en-sure a solid candi-date pipeline. You will provide an excellent recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers and a high-quality selection process. In this exciting role, you will manage:

End-to-End Recruitment:

• You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and the selection of suita-ble candidates.
• You will ensure efficient recruitment processes and work to improve the candidate experi-ence alongside our managers.
• You will be a first point of contact for the business for the assigned recruit-ment while you will work with the sourcing team and coordinators to have a successful hiring process.

Business advisory:

• You will provide excellent recruiting and advisory to hiring managers and HR to at-tract high-quality candi-dates.
• You will understand talent supply and demand dynamics in key markets, by reviewing hiring needs, and developing a sourcing plan.

Projects and improvements:

• You will have the opportunity to participate in regional/global projects re-lated to Recruiting.
• With a continuous improvement mindset you will always seek opportunities to make the process more effi-cient and user friendly.

Your professional profile includes:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience in an international environment
• Experience with social media (e.g. LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.)
• Knowledge of Singaporean employment market and APAC recruitment markets
• Team player attitude
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
