What You\'ll Do
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to build rapport, gain a complete understanding of their roles, set expectations, and deliver results according to your set goals
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment process
  • Source and communicate with potential candidates through the online company career portal, assigned job boards, and various social platforms
  • Evaluate applications and resumes to screen candidates via calls and video conferencing applications
  • Facilitate pre-interview assessments if applicable
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Create and submit offer letters
  • Maintain daily and weekly reporting reponsibilities, and other administration functions.
  • Maintain regular contact and communication with candidates via calls, emails, and texts throughout the interview and onboarding process
  • Other duties as assigned
What You\'ll Bring
  • At least 1-3 years of recruiting, Human Resources, or relevant experience required
  • Experience in a high-volume and/or fast-paced environment (i.e., staffing, call center, restaurant, retail, etcetera)- a plus
  • Associate degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain processes and procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
