- Developing and executing sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Owning and managing the full recruitment life cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
- Organizing pipelines and ensuring that every candidate has a chance
- Being able to promote the role like you own it.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewing candidates
- A positive and outgoing personality
- Strong communication and networking skills
